How it Works
1:Drop Your Item Off Bring your item to our store. We will estimate its value by looking
at what similar items have sold for on eBay. We accept items that have
an estimated sale value of $50 or more (or several items that are
collectively worth $50 or more). We will work with you to determine the
starting price and the item description. We will place your item in to
inventory and give you a receipt.
2:We List Your Item Your item
will usually be listed on eBay within one week.
To list your item we:
Determine the correct eBay category
for the item
Test out the item to the degree that
we are able
Determine the length of time to run
the auction (usually seven days)
Write up the description of the item
Take a picture of the item
Once the item is listed we will respond
to any questions about the item.
3:Watch the Action Once the item is listed, we will email a link to you so you can
watch your auction. Some sellers find that it's fun to watch last minute
bidding that may occur. We will respond to any questions from interested
buyers about the items.
4:Collect Your Check After the item sells, we collect payment* and carefully pack and
ship your item to the winning bidder. Once the transaction is complete,
you can pick up your check from our store or we can mail it to you.
The overall process from dropping your
item off to receiving payment is usually complete in about 3 weeks (1
week to list your item, 1 week for the auction, 1 week to ship the item
and receive payment).
*In the event that your item does not
sell we can re-list it unless you request otherwise. If you do not wish
to re-list it or if it doesn't sell during the second auction, you must
pick up the item within 10 days after we notify you that the item didn't
sell, or we will donate it to charity. If payment is never received or
if the high bidder backs out, we will offer the item the next highest
bidder or re-list the item. You will be notified if this occurs.
